Thanks for the scheduled maintenance bit, that is helpful. I mentioned in a post above that the timing belt was changed at 88k. I am also a big fan of replacing with oem parts, unless upgrading :)

Yeah, the guy I bought it from said the timing belt was changed at 88k but I might change it within the year anyway. I need to go buy a chilton's and haynes manual for the car :) I'll look into the rear axle seals, thanks!
