What dealer did you have yours done through? And how many miles/how old is the 4runner? I've opened a dispute resolution case via the warranty book and have found a very inconsistent way that Toyota dealers/regional managers seem to address this issue. Thanks.

Wally-I didn't realize you could do this. If you shift over to S and up to 5th-it will use/cycle through all 5 and shift better? Thanks!
