Thanks, Rey. I did find out there is a bezel difference. My options are to purchase a different dash bezel ($480) or to return the ottonavi toyota unit and swap it out for their universal (standard dual din dimensions) plus a $10 dash kit. I think I will go with the later option.

Rey, Do happen to have a picture of the system you had in before replacing it with the Ottonavi? I purchased the ottonavi, but it won't fit it my 03 4runner. I have a Limited with the JBL system and the dash bezel will not allow the plug-n-play of the ottonavi. I think I need to get the dash...
