I have come across a set of front coil springs off of a LC. Is there any mods other than just pulling the old ones out of the rear of my 4runner and putting the land cruiser ones back in? Any suggestions would be helpful. And what is the "TRD" truck front swap? Should I bother?

I just want to get rid of that stupid collector behind the motor and let it breath. What's the cheapest way to do this? All I've seen is 500$+ for headers. Any info would be great. Or if anyone has something for sale I'm open for just about anything.
