By default when the factory alarm goes off, the horn honks and the hazards flash along with the headlights flashing. Is there a way to not have the headlights flash when the alarm is going off? So only the horn honks and hazards flash. Thanks

I got one for my old 3rd gen and it fit very well but it was definitely lighter than the Toyota hood.

The only way (proper way) to check the fluid level is when the trans fluid is at the specified temp range, and the only way to know it's at the right temp is via hooking up to the OBD port / jumping the OBD port for fluid temp check mode. Does it appear they did that?

What about the airbag system? If you don't currently have airbags in your seats you obviously don't have to worry about integrating, if integrating is possible.

The throttle position is going to vary depending on target idle speed and conditions. What you're seeing is how far the throttle is open (perecentage). These don't have a separate IAC valve, the throttle body controls idle

Compared to the east coast and rust belt this one looks good haha but compared to trucks where the op is located its not rust free (the literal sense of rust free)

Don't lower your expectations, there's plenty of 4Runners around here that spent all/most of their lives here that are rust free and pop up for sale regularly. Plus the price for this one is a little steep imo. I'd keep looking.

Too much rust for my taste but the truck is far from falling apart at this amount. This amount isn't just unsightly though, it will make a lot of repairs and maintenance a pain. And the price for this particular 4Runner is a bit high imo.
