Yeah a larger/longer hangar bushing would be perfect! I would go out and measure how long of a bushing you'd need but it is currently raining where I'm at.

Drives like stock but I think it’s a little rough on gravel roads. May have had to due with my tire pressure at the time but was pretty bumpy. I’ll have to take it down some dirt roads soon but my 4runner is definitely a mall crawler for now lol

Sounds great with the amp addition. I did not take pictures but I used velcro to mount the amp underneath the driver seat as many other individuals have done the same. I am using a JL audio 500/1 amp to power the sub.

It is actually the 2.5" front and 1.5" rear leveling kit.

I got mine installed at a shop as well and cost around $500 with an alignment. I Personally I think the lift is perfect.

You’ll have to weld a longer hangar on the exhaust tips but besides that everything fits great. The exhaust sounds awesome!

The 6x9’s in the doors are unreal. The bass is very clean and low. Sounds so much better than topping out the stock door speakers every time the bass hits.

I went a little overboard and almost used all of the first package of 18 square feet I bought in the front doors. I went edge to edge on the door panel and in the lower area where the 6x9 sits. You just need to make sure nothing gets in the way of the window closing. I ordered another 18 square...

I bought the metra 6x9 mounting kit on amazon and it was pretty much plug and play. I spliced into the stock wires using some connectors. I did not test the speakers without the sound dampening but I would imagine there would be a lot of rattle.

I'm going to amazon prime an 8w3, maybe some rear door speakers and run it off the stock amp for awhile to see how it is. I have a 500/1 that I will throw in eventually but do not want to if i don't have to. Thank you very much for all of your help!! :becky:

My mistake, it’s actually a 10tw3. It’s the shallow mount sub so i was hoping itd be thinner than the 8w3. I have a digital design 8 inch sub but that magnet is far too large for the jbl enclosure.

Do you think it would be possible to cut the 8” hole a little larger to squeeze a JL audio 10TW5 in the JBL enclosure?
