I have my 96 SR5 insured through Farmers. It's costing me $138/month for full coverage w/ a $1000 deductible. For a rig I payed $10k for, this seems high. By the way, I am 34, single, with 2 tickets in the last 3 years. Does this sound about right or am I paying too much?

I agree. The chirp is annoying. I would like to lose the alarm altogether, but keep the keyless entry function.
