Most of us don't want to drive around a 3/4 ton truck or larger vehicle for the 6-8 times a year we need to haul something large. The runner is sweet for getting around in. And mpgs in these aren't great, don't want to drive something that is even worse every day.
You need to see if yours has a diff drop first. Might be the answer to this issue and still keep your new tires and wheels. Otherwise, you gotta pay to play, just run them as is and deal with changing the boots when they start to leak.

At 9000 miles we ditched the stock SR5 suspension for a Dobinsons kit and it's the best thing I've done! Ride and handling feel much more controlled and the nose dive under braking is 90+% gone!
