I'm fairly certain that you'll need both the suspension and BL to fit the 35s, and probably have to trim your fenders. I was running 33s on a 3" lift with my fenders trimmed, and I was still getting rub every so often so I put the 2" BL on and no rub whatsoever. I'm thinking I could fit 35s but...

Once I put the body lift on it fixed that problem altogether and I'm now running the spacers with my 33" tires just fine with no rub and my turning radius is maxed for the vehicle. it almost looks like I could run 35" tires so I might have to steal them off my buddies truck and test that out.

I don't really have any experience with winches. If I put a Warn 9.5xp winch on my truck should I upgrade to a higher amperage alternator or should an OEM alternator do the trick. Also what do you guys think; electric or hydraulic winches?

I would have to say that from an offroading standpoint it is a very good idea to put manual hubs on, due to the fact that you can't lift your truck anything more than about 2"-2.5" without your cv joints buzzing down the highway, which after about 5000-10000 miles will completely destroy...
