I am pretty close to buying a 1999 4runner sr5 2WD, with 80k miles.
My only hesitation is that, during the pre-purchase inspection, the mechanic notified me that the vehicle is not able to pass smog.
Since it was last taken to the Toyota dealership, two of the monitors have not reset...
