These pop ups only seem to happen to me on my iPhone, so I installed malware bytes from the App Store and no more pop ups so far (only been using it for two days). The ad blocker is free, and seems to work great.

Thanks for the sympathy I'm located in New Hampshire, but willing to go anywhere in New England. I'm hoping that the issue is that the salesman was just lazy and the dealership would only do it for a big fat mark up. If you have a dealer recommendation, I'm all ears.
