I went with the Sony XAV-AX5000. Looks great and Crutchfield really made the install easy.

I installed the Sony XAV-AX5000 last night. The install was pretty smooth and it looks great. I expected a little more from the Metra dash kit, but it looks alright.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger. I really wanted the BFG A/T KO's, but saved a few hundred bucks and got a tire with a 70k warranty. Thanks for the advice on the Michelin LTX M/S2.

How much does an install typically cost? I'm in the same boat, but my local shop quoted $936 out the door for the 265/65/17 MS2's.

Uhh, yeah. I made my own cabin filter in about 10 minutes. You can get a 20x24x1 filter for less than $10 and that makes 4 cabin filters. I documented part of the process (since it didn't take too long) on my blog

Well, they did it when I dropped it off to have the leather seats installed. But they didn't do the installation, they sent it to a third party installer for that. In theory though, it's something that should take about 30 seconds to reprogram.

Yep, mine is an '07 and it works fine. I've tried several different times to reprogram it, but the distance is not that impressive on mine.

That's weird, I had no problem having them turn my beeping noise off at all. I dropped it off one day for service and asked them to add that to the list. No issues and free of charge. I have only visited Roseville Toyota a few times, but they have all been good experiences.

Can someone who has done this mod with the sunroof answer this question - when you pull the module out, is there 1 connection to plug in, or 2? I had an aftermarket sunroof put in, and they put the sunroof button in the same place as the factory switch. But there are 2 plugs and I only see 1...
