Sorry I didn't understand you earlier. It was just too vague for me. After Mag4r's post I got it and went back and read what you wrote... It made perfect sense after I knew about the settings but was hard to surmise without knowing what to look for...

I know you said you have the map mode to display 2 maps split screens under 2 different distances, but the problem would be that it will only display that mode for a few seconds before reverting back to the split screen with the audio or whatever second...
Thanks for your reply. While those settings work to select the type of view you want when selecting the map to display in full screen mode, it only stays full screen for a brief moment then reverts back to split screen.

So I have a 2014 T4R TEP. Is there a way to get the Navigation to stay on full screen when navigating?
When I set a destination on the navigation, it starts off on fullscreen but then reverts back to the home split screen. The navigation continues to work but it's on the smaller split screen...
