Ok thanks all I will just replace everything. How hard is it to replace the cam seals? Everything else looked (for the most) pretty straightforward.

But not a drop to drink. 98 4Runner with 165k. Leaking all over the front of the engine. Water pump went out unexpectedly. Checked the forums and have a good idea what is needed just have a couple questions. 1) Is it worth it to get the 2 idler pulleys? Pretty expensive even with discounts. 2)...
