Reporting back - SOLVED. Replaced the MAF sensor with a Denso purchased off of Amazon. The STFT and LTFT trims came down to single digit +/- numbers at all RPMs across the range. Didn't think I'd get as lucky as it being the sensor, but it worked out.

Update: I installed without the spacer. It doesn't look quite as high or level in the front as it did with the old strut and spacer, but I'm glad I did it this way. I assume I would have been another couple of inches high in the front if I did, and it would definitely be nose-up. Interesting...

Replace... for the $50-60 for a caliper (what I've been paying at NAPA for their lifetime remans as I've been re-doing my brakes, I believe), it's just easier and more cost effective to swap the whole thing. I don't think there are different variations for the rear on a 4th gen (unlike the front).
