OK, mystery solved. I measured the voltage on the back of the power outlet. Without anything plugged ( ~12V) and with a charger plugged in ( ~5V) .... hmmmm. Turned out I had a "Smart Fuse" that somehow was only partially blown. Replaced the fuse and life is good again. :cheer2: Thanks for the...
