I didn't pass emissions... Usually I work on my truck (93 4runner) with my brother in-law who knows his stuff but he is out of town for a few months and I don't have the time to go into this one myself...
Might be something simple and I could probably spent the $150 and get the waiver...
I'm thinking about removing the carpeting in my 93 4runner and running the floorboards bare.
Just wondering if anybody has done it (sure someone has).
I'm thinking removing the dampening is going to be a pain in the ass, and than there is the issue with the loose wiring...
