I meant the clips Toyota instructs you to "tape a screwdriver" to get out. I believe they're metal. You can't see or feel these clips with the bumper on. It was maddening! I took out all the bolts and plastic and screws, but still couldn't get it off! To your point, I agree. They're POS things.
