Replaced the fuse but that didn't fix the low beam that's out. Is it possible for the bulb to be the problem even if the high beam works? I don't know how that works...

The other day I noticed the passenger side turn signal light was out (the one adjacent to the headlight, not the one in the bumper). So I go buy bulbs, unscrew that screw that holds that assembly in and then wrestle with it for 15 minutes until I give up trying to get it out and decide to try...
