I am experiencing the same problem with my front-right suspension on my 4runner. I suspect it is a bushing but I would rather not take it to the dealership.

You first need to smell the wet spot. If it has an off smell, it could be antifreeze. This is the worse case-scenario. That would most likely mean the heater coil has a leak. If it is just water, you need to look under your hood and check for the a/c drain where it drips after you have it...
