HID's/Xenons... Xenon Depot is where the GX470 folks got theirs. Any thoughts on these?

Hey there... I know the Lexus GX470 has been done. I'm now wondering how similar the 2 headlight assemblies are. I have not purchased an 06' yet. I'm considering 2 other SUV's and they both have HID's. I have really poor eyesight at night and they help a ton.

If so, once installed are they the real thing? Thanks

I have read that it depends how HP is measured like SAE... but last year they advertised 270 and now 260. What happened? Seems to me if it was a true 270 they would advertise it. So it is clear that 4Runner has lost 10HP. :(

I have been longing for a V8 4x4 4Runner for months now. It will be a second vehicle, but basically my main vehicle as my car is to impractical. I was also considering a GX470 only for some of the creature comforts, but not sold on how tall it is or the swing gate, also not sure if anyone here...
