Hello T4R my friend has a 1996 4 runner it currently has 242,XXX miles on it. Two days ago the upper radiator hose blew and now the runner wont start. We assumed the starter was bad so we went ahead and replaced the starter and the battery. The runner still has the same issue... you turn the key...
