I've got 285/70/17 w/Gobi and 3"/2" lift on my 18 TRDP and it fits in my 8' garage door. Anything less than 7'-6" you'd be cutting it close.

I have the Extreme LED 40" blacked out bar on my roof rack. Looks nice, good light output. The only trouble I had was it built up a substantial amount of condensation in a couple months. Extreme LED did warranty it though so that's good. I'll get a pic later...
twells r1verf3nix without getting the ladder out and trying to measure exactly I'd say I'm around 6'-8" to the highest point on the roof rack (light bar up front). If you have an 8' garage door you should hopefully be ok.
I'm not sure. I'll have to measure the height. It does fit in my garage though (think I have a pretty tall door).
Caster is about 3.6-3.7*. I have Icon Delta Joint UCAs. Rear springs are Toytec Superflex 2".

Has anybody else tried the FJPro springs? Following another Pro owners lead I tried the FJ springs on my truck. They are supposedly 14" x 600# vs the 13" 4Runner springs. I also added the Toytec TRD Pro lift (perch & top hat spacer) and 2" superflex rear springs.

Finally got the lift/tires/etc on my truck. Setup is Toytec TRD Pro 2" lift plus OE FJPro springs up front, Icon Delta Joint ucas, BFG K02 285/70/17 C-load. No rubbing. I do have some added weight up front with the SDHQ hidden winch mount.
I had a chance to check out SDHQ's shop truck when I was in AZ last month and they cut the whole bumper/valence around the fairlead. Mine I ended up doing the same thing (also Factor 55 1.0 fairlead). I may go to the 1.5 as with the 1.0 it sits nearly flush with the bumper skin.

Just finished installing the SDHQ mount and Smittybilt x20 10k on my truck over the weekend. Install was fairly straightforward minus figuring out what to do with the control box. I have the same light bar setup as MeefZah and followed his lead by mounting the controls to the light bar...
