Timing hasn't been done... V6, pretty good condition, 1 owner, little rust on the back bumper, scratch on the hood...

I'm a tacoma crossover (they bought mine back - thanks toyota!) and I'm into the 4Runner. I'm leaning toward buying a 1999 with 104k on it - is $6500 steep? brand new front brakes (pads and rotors), trailer hitch, 4WD, etc. I live in Boston for what it's worth... I was ready to buy it but...
