So it looks like I'm gonna yank it and go ahead with the rebuild, the compression was low on 3. I hear engnbldr kits are the way to go, is that about right?

So I pulled the plugs they were a little wet, all were black, I pulled the valve cover and belive I may have some deeper issues... it looks like the drivers side timing chain tensioner is broken off and missing, and the chain is contacting the timing cover... now I'm wondering if it didn't skip...

I'll pull then tonight and let you know, I want to say it seems to be running rich also.

I need some help here guys. I have an 85 t4r. 22re, it sat for 6 or so years before I got it. I cleaned the entire fuel system. new pump, filters, lines also full tune up, plugs wires cap rotor and full filter change... It was running great then sat for about a week and now is only running on...
