None really engine related. I did all new OEM coil packs the last time I did a tune up and it really liked that. The old ones looked ok at first, but had cracking so who knows how well they were performing. The 4.7 is very smooth and quiet motor and has been relatively problem free.

I would say yes, open it up and manually unlock it and you should be able to reset it.

Finally tackled replacing my EVAP core and heater core and recharging the AC. It took my most of a Saturday to pull the dash, replace the parts, and button it back up. Then another hour or two to charge the AC. Bottom line, it's a big job, but very satisfying to save the money in labor.

This is on my list for this summer. Mine is blowing hot right now. I've been riding my bike a lot to save gas so I haven't felt too rushed. How do you know your compressor has enough oil? Do you need to remove it to drain the oil out?

I am experiencing the same thing. Decent heat out of the far left vent and then less and less as you move to the passenger side. Ordered a heater core and evap core since the evap core is leaking anyway.

I would kill for 360 miles per tank. 230-240 for me. I have a short commute and mostly back roads, no highway.

When I removed mine I just got all 4 wheels off the ground and started ripping it out. I don't remember it leaking much. Nothing a rag and some cardboard wouldn't take care of. You'd have to disconnect it to remove anyway.
