Updating my original post from 2016. I'm now at ~231K miles; it still looks and drives great and is still my favorite by far.
 
173463 miles on my 2004 T4R and I'm 66 years old....but not sure what my age has to do with anything!!!LOL :shrug::loco:

None really engine related. I did all new OEM coil packs the last time I did a tune up and it really liked that. The old ones looked ok at first, but had cracking so who knows how well they were performing.

The 4.7 is very smooth and quiet motor and has been relatively problem free.

What sort of age/mileage would you guys consider replacing the coil packs?

Edit: 108500km on mine now. As near as makes no difference to a year since it's been registered. So about 7000 miles since 2021. Not many really. It is possible to do mega-miles here (for work), even though it's a small island, but my philosophy is I am doing something wrong if I end up doing that and I need to look elsewhere for work.

2006 V8 4WD Sport Edition with 106K.

Picked it up in December and absolutely love it so far. Hoping to get many more years and miles out of it.

You found a V8 with just over 100k on it!?! WOW! Great find - hope you didn't pay too ridiculous an amount for it (but still worth it I'm sure)!

Yeah I was fortunate to find one with relatively low miles at a somewhat fair price considering the times. Went out of state for it since CA prices are so ridiculous. It actually had 99K on it when I picked it up... I rolled over 100K about 100 miles from my house on the drive back haha.
 
My 2005 v8 just rolled over 89k miles....completed a new timing belt, water pump and drained refilled the diffs and tranny. Should be good to go for another 100k now!!

Another V8 owner with low mileage! Every time I take a peak at V8s out there for sale, they all have near 200k! Guess the owners that have closer to 100k know how fortunate they are, and are hanging onto them! :bravo:

2006 V8 4WD Sport 63,000 miles. Never any problems with it. All stock except the radio, replaced it with a Toyota entune radio for the Bluetooth and hands free calling. Occasionally even get free XM radio stations.
 
2005 SR5 4wd, 161,000 miles. Second owner, only ever changed an alternator and battery!
