Sorry it's been years since I've been on here. Transmission just needs to have the driveshaft cut to mate up with the adapter and T-case from Inchworm. That is for the newer 3rd gens with the different transmissions. Better off sourcing a 4wd truck however. I no longer have my 4runner btw.

well you can turn it some, just dont go over halfway and never lock side to side. ive been in snow with front and rear locked and turned it back and forth to inch up more and more in about 3 to 4 feet deep, was up to my bumper and almost my hood.
