It is only under load. But I still get the sound with even half throttle. I want this sound fixed.

I will have to get a video up for you guys. It sounds like the noise is coming from the engine area. I'm sure the two noises I'm hearing go hand in hand. Sometimes even if I'm climbing up a hill I can smell something like burning rubber. A video might not catch the noise but I will have to try...
