Okay, got ya. No, I am happy with the bilsteins, but brother had a sport and i loved the way his rode. But it sounds like it's not worth the trouble...
Hello. I'm looking to replace the worn-out stock shocks on my '91 with OME shocks. I don't have a bull bar or winch, so i'm looking for the light/stock front (N98) and Medium Rear (N72F). Thanks!

Okay, that's what i was a little worried about but wasn't sure. I was considering swapping out my 18" wheels for some stock 16". Any thoughts on whether 275/65/18's would fit? According to a tire conversion tool the 285/75/16's are 32.8" diameter and the 275/65/18's are 32.1" diameter.
I've got the FJ Off-road suspension on my '03. I am looking to get some new tire/wheels curious if anyone is running 285/75/16 BFG AT's on their rig with a similar setup? I did some measuring and it seems like i'll be okay, but it'll be close! Thanks.
Looking to sell my 18" Eneki Wheels, I'm in the process of getting a new wheel and tire combo. The wheels are currently still on my vehicle, and i'll need a week or so to get everything swapped out. The wheels also have Falken Zeix tires on them with about 30% tread - one of the tires is flat...
Well i went from having about 140k on my suspension, to less than 10k when i swapped it out. So there was a pretty dramatic difference, the ride is much better. Body roll during cornering was significantly reduced. It is definitely a stiffer ride, especially below 20 mph, but on the highway...
I'm no expert, but i don't think you can run the 4WD V6 in 4WD mode full time unless the roads are wet/icy according to the owners manual. Am i right about that?
Here are a few before and after pics of mine (sorry the before ones are kind of dark...). I'd say i picked up about 1.5" in the front and 1" in the rear. IMO it has a much better stance than before, although it's hard to tell from these pics. I got mine from the FJ Cruiser forums classifieds...
Check out the classified section on the FJ forum (Toyota FJ Cruiser Community) for those FJ springs, they're always for sale on there...
I'd love to see some pics of those 255's once you get them installed, if you go that route...
