You just have to shop around and be willing to travel to find a good deal. I got more than $3K knocked off the price of my Pro last year. Just had to buy a one-way plane ticket and spend an afternoon driving from eastern OH back to Chicago in order to get it. Did the entire deal through...

Where did you take it, if you don't mind me asking? Mine did not do this when it was new, but started in January and it is temperature-dependent for sure (almost imperceptible when it is > 40 degrees outside, but REALLY annoying and clunky/poppy when coming to a stop when it's ~15 degrees...

I agree that those devices are a safety hazard. I bought my 4Runner out of state (because I wanted a blue Pro and no local dealers would budge on price) and one of the dealers I didn't buy from would have had a sale were it not for the back-and-forth they made me go through to get them to agree...

I purchased mine 2 months ago for ~$3200 under MSRP. I don't know why anyone would ever pay MSRP for one as a plane ticket is way cheaper than the discounts some dealers routinely give for these if you look around and are willing to travel... :shrug:

Can't you just return it for a refund? :shrug:

I bought my Voodoo Blue Pro from a dealer in eastern Ohio at the end of June for ~$3200 under MSRP, so if you're willing to shop around I'm sure you can get at least that good of a deal now...
