If you also feel it when you brake and accelerate from a stop it could be the "driveshaft clunk" that happens when the driveshaft needs greasing. If it's that it would only be annoying not alarming though....

Clunk is gone after greasing my shaft. I'm curious to see how long until it returns.

Distracted hamsters are the #1 cause of "red and chunky milkshake". I recommend bypassing the hamsters immediately

It's got 150k, 4wd, no lockers. Dealer called the PO at my request, still on it's orig timing belt WTF. I said change that junk fool. They did T belt, idler, tensioner, water pump and threw in a radiator for S&G's. It's a nice truck, rides better than my subaru I traded in with 92k. Got it muddy...
