Update: After getting new wheels and tires, had alignment professionally done and there is no more binding. What I think was happening is that I pushed the UCAs all the way in to adjust for camber when I did "home alignment" instead of messing with LCA, and that actually gave the truck extra...

Awesome thanks, just installed 12.20.024 version and it worked. Struggled with the thing all day till came across this thread. Did not have any device installation issues, but did have to merge the reg key to make this work.
