not bad actually...it will sound exactly like when your FM reception is perfect, it isnt CD quality, but its not bad at all..its the same as those AUX input adapters imo. Only time you have a problem is when the cars radio is messed (tuner is on its way out)

If you do have a factory head unit, it will not have any additional outputs of any kind. The radio is made by toyota / fujitsu ten (eclipse) like most toyota radios. The speakers are basic regular factory speakers. The factory sound system didnt sound BAD for what it was. I am never impressed...
