I ended up replacing intake plenum gaskets, all vacuum lines, AF sensor, MAF sensor. I had already changed PCV valve and grommet as well as valve cover gaskets. Replace upstream A/F sensor since it probably needs it anyway as well as check you intake plenum gaskets. I was battling this code for a number of weeks. Ran a smoke test and saw smoke coming from the plenum. Replaced both gaskets and code went off and has not come back on

Rig specs 99 3.4L 4 auto limited 180100 miles and I'm pulling the code from my scan gauge 2 Fuel filter changed approx 7 months ago and fuel efficiency since the code has come on has gone down. Getting about 210-220 miles per tank ( approx 14-14.3 gallons per fill up)
