AC went berzerk

So I just got back from a 3k mile road trip. About 1000 miles were done off pavement. On the drive home my AC is now going crazy. When I start my car th e AC kicks on and goes to full blast. Can't turn it off immediately. When I push the mode button it switches from the top vents to top and bottom vents for a second then reverts back to the top and cannot adjust the fan speed. When I can get it to adjust it stays there temporarily then kicks back to full speed. Some times I can get it to turn off. Then at random it will kick back on.
Anyone experience this or can give advice on what to check to resolve this issue?

Climate Control? Just sent mine to Automotive Scientific and they fixed it. Everything works great now.
