I installed mine two years ago next month, and all are still working fine. I'm a happy customer.

I don't know. I asked them to use whatever end mill they had that was barely larger than the head of the carriage bolts I'm using, which are .580" OD. And I can't get to my calipers that measure ID. You would want them to fit whatever carriage bolts *you* are using, anyway. Not what fits mine.
