I'm baffled by this too. I spoke with a dealer that has had a 2012 TE on their lot for 180 days and they are unable/ unwilling to make any better deal than you can make on a 2013. I asked them why anybody would buy it instead of just getting a 2013 for the same money. No real answer to that one.

One thing that always pains me on these SUV's are the giant steering wheels. Any smaller options out there that look like a Toyota factory wheel that retain the same controls and also an airbag?
