My Ol 97 3.4 V6 has abs, battery and air bag lights going off and on. Mechanic says electrical problems...time to sell. I replaced original motor at 265k and have been going for some time. no major electrical work since owned. Any thoughts? maybe upgrade to 2008 v6? towing seems to be...

my Ol97 3.4 v6 is acting up. I've got lights for battery, abs, and air bags poping up and going away. Had my wrench monkey check it out and was told electrical problems...get rid of it soon. Any thoughts? replaced motor at 265k and still going...not sure if I should move on up to a 2008 v6...
