it works it worked for me with the provided instructions i did have to wait for about 2 minutes for the light to stop blinking at the end of the instructions. here is the link from amazon that i bought it from...

I had a similar problem with my WRX STI, but it would not read on 3-4 scanners at the smog stations but would read on my cheapo bluetooth scanner. finally i found out that the connection was loose, I had to lift up vertically on the scanner towards the roof, while the smog guy did his computer...

aside from whats been said, id like telescoping steering wheels. my 06 sr5 doesnt have it
