Yes I have checked that. At first I thought the pump was going bad but from what I have read they make some noise before they go. If I am moving slow and say trying to back into a spot...it's pretty difficult unless I give it some gas. I don't want to have to speed around just to turn...
Ok let me explain a little further....when I take my foot off the gas just before a turn...then initiate the turn....the steering is very hard. If I give it a good amount of gas before the turn its nice and easy. In other words I have to give it gas to have smooth steering. Unlike any other...
I have searched and really haven't found an answer. When I am on the gas my steering is fine. At low idle it is difficult to steer. Any ideas before I tear the whole thing apart? I figure the pump is fine. There is no noise or leaking at all.
