2004 with 4.7 throwing rarely seen (apparently) P0778. I did knowingly buy it like this. Only has 200K on it and is in great shape other than this. So I rolled the dice based on as much research as I could find. I'm scheduled to have my Master Certified Toyota mechanic dig into it on Jan 18th...

I owned an '07 FJ Cruiser and the ABS system was equally as TERRIBLE. Over small bumps hitting the brakes you would have no control. I hated it. I've only experienced that a couple of times since owning my '98 4R but it still sucks.

Bump for an OEM locked, 5speed, 4WD in terrific shape!

Interested in selling my 5 speed manual, 4WD, OEM locked 4Runner in about a week. I'm the third owner and it's spent all it's life in FL before I drove down to get it from North GA; 285K miles. Vehicle is 8/10 interior and mechanically very sound. Timing belt was done 20K miles ago. Needs rotors...

How old are the springs? No droop?
