Purchased all gears/components from Toyota.

That’s the plan. I am geared at 4:88s with 285/75/16. On the highway in order to run 70 mph I am around 3K RPMs. This should fix the problem and still let me be happy wheeling. I have a s/c, etc…otherwise I am not sure I would have enough power to make this work. I will post here and report...

Wow, long time…let’s see. Not done yet but here is an appetizer. It was time for a manual transmission rebuild so why not R452 5th gear swap?!? Going to be sweet in front of the dual cases. I get all the off-road capability and finally an appropriate highway gear.
