Figured it out. Thanks for the lead Toto. To re-initialize the window you have to put the rear window down half way and then back up, holding the button in for a few seconds. Taking it down and up alone won't do it. Thanks for the help.

I tried cycling all the windows, including the rear window. No effect. I guess the dealer will have to reprogram the remote. Clearly the dealer did not check the vehicle thoroughly before delivery.
