Figured out what was causing the spontaneous revving, nut on the throttle cable came loose and would get stuck in the cam on the carburetor. Now to learn to start it when I want, not when the bike feels like starting. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

Picked up a 1985 Honda XL600R. It's in fantastic shape, and it's a beast. I have 2 adult kids that want me to teach how to ride a motorcycle. I prefer "dual sports" for this and damage is less than a road bike when it is dropped. And after moving back to AZ the MVD wants another skills test...
