When I put my fat mat sound deadening down the driver's side padding fell apart. I went to the local home improvement store and bought some of the best moisture resistant carpet pad and cut it to fit the old area. I think it cost $8.

When I repaired my sunroof I found that if you pop off the black trim on the left and right of the glass you will see 4 nuts that hold it to the track. Unbolt it and you can take the glass out and clean your drain hoses and inspect for other problems. As for the motor not working, no clue.

I did mine a couple years ago for the same reason, new dealer cut key didnt help. Read the tumblers in the cylinder break, a locksmith can fix but a new ignition cylinder was cheaper. You need to remove the plastic surround around the ignition, put the key in and turn to the first or accessory...
