I found a white plastic part that looks like it protects the key on the inside. It was jammed up against the window. I removed it and seems to be ok for now.

I need help with my rear window. I went to roll it down today and heard a clunk and it would no longer roll up or down. I took the panels off and the passenger side arm popped out of the plastic piece in the track. I reattached it and now it will only roll up about 3/4 of the way. Rolls down...
