Here's my follow up: First I pulled the EFI relay out for a half hour and checked the EFI fuse, which was not blown, and then reinstalled the relay. Then I pulled out a plug to check for spark. I've got fuel on the plug, but no spark. Apparently something in the ignition is burned or blown...
