Yes, that is a different chime. Who drives around with the doors open?

That wire stops the chime from the keys in the ignition when door is open

OK. I think I found the two screws. They were hiding behind the steering wheel. I cannot figure out how to get the cover off though. Any advice?? Do the turn signal and wiper control arms come off with it? Thanks, P
