    Carpet Kits

I ordered 125 sq. ft. of Fat Mat for mine. Cheaper than Dynamat and should work well. I think I got enough to do the entire truck too.

I am pleased to say that the new rear diff has been installed! That was an absolute beast to do by myself. The axle shafts are back in place and now I just hope everything holds together. I still need to bleed the brakes, hook the drive shaft back up and re-attach the sway bar and some other...

Absolutely amazing work man! Very cool to see someone that takes pride in what they do.

Haven't gotten to it yet, wife had some surgery Friday so I was just happy to get the old diff out. New one should go in today and I'm hoping to start on the rear door tomorrow if all goes well. (Possibly sooner if the wife pisses me off and I need to hit something...) LOL

Excellent, I may replace the front end of the cable @ some point so I can disconnect it as needed. I'll run it as is for now without it.

Different part #'s. The new diff has a disconnect and the old cable/sensor does not. Otherwise the parts look identical. What I'm wondering is if I can just run without it, my ABS light has always been on and I know I've read threads where people have just disabled the ABS system altogether.

Hey guys, need some advice. I just pulled my rear diff and will be installing the new one soon. The old (I think) ABS sensor looks to be completely shot. The new diff has an ABS sensor in place already, but it's not the proper one for my year. Does the ABS sensor matter? Can I leave the new...

Took the carpets down to the coin operated car wash. $30+ later the carpets are STILL terrible lol. The things that I saw while cleaning these carpets I cannot ever un-see... LOL :cry2: This red clay is amazingly stubborn. I'm originally from Georgia and grew up mudding, I know how nasty it...

Let me see what I can do with mine, there's nothing really wrong with the tailgate except a big dent in it. I have some body hammers coming and I'm hoping I can just pound it out. If that doesn't work I'll hit you up for sure.

I borrowed my MIL's carpet cleaner and found out it's dead. I guess I'll take the carpets to the car wash and just pressure wash them. I really don't feel like renting a carpet cleaner, but I will if pressure washing them doesn't help. I also picked up a new diff last night. V6 diff with 4.56...

Thanks! I just dropped some coinage on a blue sea fuse box, 125 sq. ft of fatmat, speaker wiring and some other odds and ends. My dad always said to do it once and do it right, so that's what I'm going to try and do.

I'm beat... Done for today! Got all of the interior out. I'm going to borrow my mother-in-laws carpet cleaner and do the truck carpets. I hung them and beat them to see how bad the dirt was and honestly I'm kinda of speechless. My hood was clean before this pic: Me after smackin carpet...

    Carpet Kits

These were recommended in someone's thread. I believe the guy did interior installations for a living and said this place had really good kit. The price was nice too.

So yesterday we started working on fixing the sunroof. We also decided to pull the carpet and trim to give the runner a deep cleaning. I knew it was bad but didn't expect it to be quite this nasty. The floors were horrible and everything was absolutely coated in a layer of red clay dust...

Good news everybody! The runner passed smog today. I can go finish up the registration and then spend some time cleaning it and doing minor work until the BMW sells. On that note I also may have a lead on selling the bimmer and a complete rear axle with an elocker and aftermarket harness!
